Rates:

All packages must be paid in full in advance and are non-refundable and non-transferable.  At the time payment is received sessions will be booked.  Because of this, there is no penalty or cancellation fee if you need to reschedule.  We simply ask that 48-hours notice is given when cancelling.  Sessions expire one year after the start date, unless other individual arrangements are made.

1 Single Session (3 hours) = $225.00

MULTIPLE-SESSION discounts:

3 Sessions (9 hours) = Regularly $675.00
with10% off, you pay only = $607.50

6 Sessions (18 hours) = Regularly $1350.00
with10% off, you pay only = $1215.00

9 Sessions (27 hours) = Regularly $2025.00
with 15% off, you pay only = $1721.25

12 Sessions (36 hours) = Regularly $2700.00
with 15% off, you pay only = $2295.00

Session Services:

A Single Session (3 hours) includes:

  • 3 full hours spent one-on-one in your home
    PLUS:

  • Additional time spent (outside of your session hours) researching organizing solutions specific to your needs

  • Communication with you by phone or email up to 1 month after the session

  • Taking items away to donate

Multiple Sessions include:

  • Amount of time agreed upon (in 3-hour segments) spent one-on-one in your home
    PLUS:

  • Additional time spent (outside of your session hours)....
    - researching organizing solutions specific to your needs;
    - creating a personalized plan for your project(s);
    - shopping for any needed supplies....so you don't have to!

  • Communication with you by phone or email up to 3 months after the sessions end

  • Taking items away to donate

Downsizing - Sorting and simplifying - Together, we narrow down what's really important, what's really special, and what really matters to you.  We analyze your new space and help you decide what to bring with you and how it will fit.  Most importantly, we learn ways to honor the memories attached to the “stuff”, while letting go of the "stuff" itself.

Home Staging - An Inve$tment That Pay$ Off! - For optimum sale of your home, we use what you have (often LESS of it) to create visually pleasing arrangements to help potential buyers picture themselves in the space as their own.  Staging adds visual value to your home, which in turn adds literal value to your asking price!
